i've been doing a lot of stuff with doll houses. hope i have time to complete the one i am working on. this is one made from a german company, and it comes in pieces and i found it on kid modern. i love the really tiny rooms, and the planes that go forward and back. i like the colors too. i can't wait to go to michael's and finally get some paint.

late summer kitchen

somethings i want to document and I think i will do my house. i am kind of over whelmed by its shabbiness and disrepair. and that is why i am addicted to these web sites that all about decorating, and these wonderful pictures of the sun drenched rooms of kid playing, and cute furniture, and everything is just so. it's not fair. but anyway here we go. my first picture on the inside of elmhurst.

i am going back to work and i feel calm, organized and strong. this evening was beautiful from my window i could see two kids riding on their bicycles with the warm wind blowing through their shirts. these late summer/ early fall days are always gorgeous. i had the best summer, just beautiful. full of very special moments with my son and my husband and friends. i can only build upon that.
